For patrons in a wheelchair or with limited mobility
Our Concert Hall has several seating locations that are accessible without stairs. On the main floor, rows M and S are accessible via the ramp leading into the Concert Hall main auditorium. M23, M124, S25, and S125 are right on the ends of the rows and are spaces for a patron in a wheelchair. Please note that these four locations do not have a physical chair and are only appropriate for a wheelchair or scooter. The three seats next to these do have actual chairs and are reserved for companions to the patron in a wheelchair or for patrons with limited mobility who do not require the use of a wheelchair.
We also have box seating at the rear of the main floor that is reserved for patrons with accessibility needs. These are accessed via elevators to the 2nd floor on House Left and House Right. Each of the two boxes contains two rows (KK and LL) of six chairs each (1-6 or 101-106). The chairs in the front row are removable to accommodate wheelchairs. We have reserved KK1, KK3, KK5, KK101, KK103, and KK105 for patrons with the accessibility need and one chair next to them, as well as two chairs behind them, for their companions.
MARY JANE TEALL
Our Mary Jane Teall Theater has accessible seating near the front of the auditorium. D112, D113, D114, D12, D13, and D14 are spaces for a patron in a wheelchair. Please note that these six locations do not have a physical chair. The companion seats for each are the three directly next to or behind them.
All of the accessible seating locations in the Convention Hall are spaces for a patron in a wheelchair, without physical chairs. 21 of these locations are on the main floor, with accompanying companion seats toward the interior of their respective sections. The other 21 locations are in the last row of the Loge, with accompanying companion seats toward the interior of their respective sections. There is a lift to gain access to the top row of the Loge without stairs.
There are not usually seated events in the Exhibition Hall. However, from time to time, events are held that utilize the space in the balcony of this hall. This balcony is accessible via elevator near the outside wall of this hall in the center.
